This rental far exceeded all of our expectations! Amy was so easy to communicate with beforehand, arranged for early cleaning so we could check in right after arriving from the US, and met us promptly to orient us to her wonderful apartment which was beautifully decorated. We greatly appreciated the goodies Amy provided, as well as the very detailed manual about the workings in the apartment like the very upscale appliances as well as the Monti shops and restaurants. We just loved Monti, a safe and colorful area close to many sites, and it was always a delight to return to our home away from home and recount our favorite aspects of the day on the beautiful screened terrace. Our family of five found the layout of the apartment provided space for each of us to retreat as needed, as the beds were so comfy and the living areas were very conducive to gathering together again after power naps. We also greatly appreciated how clean the well appointed kitchen and bathrooms were. All in all we couldn’t have asked for more, and can’t recommend this apartment enough, so if Rome is your destination, this flat must be put on your short list of options!

This is a very special apartment perfectly situated in the heart of Rome. The owner met us and walked us through all the details of this very spacious accommodation. She also showed us where to catch the subway (across the street!) and where the best local restaurants are. There’s a well stocked market a few doors down and you are a 5 minute walk to the Coliseum. It is beautifully decorated and well cared for. We will definitely be returning!!

What a wonderful place to stay! This apartment is comfortable, so very well decorated with all the conveniences of home including a well equipped kitchen and comfy areas to relax both inside and out. We definitely recommend this to any traveller and will stay here again when we are next in Rome.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of a lovely old building in the center of Rome. We walked out the door, down the block and into one of the hundreds of churches and there was an incredible sculpture by Michelangelo. Amazing! The apartment itself is like an art gallery. Very comfortable with great beds, a well equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace that was cool even during the very hot weather. The living area was comfy and my husband was able to watch golf on tv while we went sightseeing;)
Our host was extremely helpful and arranged car service to and from the airport and helped me find great tour guides. The property manager met us late as our flight was delayed and was very easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. If we return to Rome I hope this apartment will be available. I highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic apartment in very cool building with lots of character. Outdoor terrace is amazing to relax and unwind after a hectic day. Apartment is decorated with lots of attention to neat details making it feel very homey while at the same time every small need is thought of and taken care of. Location is literally around the corner from the colosseum. An amazing place to stay for sighsteeing in Rome. Highly recommended!

We are a family of 6 with 4 teenage kids. This apartment was spacious and comfortable for all of us. It is extremely well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. With a supermarket next door and surrounded by cafes and restaurants, everything was easy. Plus the Monti neighborhood is fabulous. Would CERTAINLY stay again.

We had an amazing week at this outstanding apartment! I was in Rome for a week long sibling trip with my brother and sister. We are all from different cities so to have a place as comfortable as this was a huge benefit to our reunion. Amy was so helpful in getting us settled and pointing out local highlights and tips. We cooked many dinners in the well-stocked kitchen and dined al fresco on the beautiful terrace. Cannot wait to return. Grazie mille!

"When in Rome" we would definitely go back to this property!! It is spacious and so beautifully decorated! The neighborhood is wonderful, great location with a grocery right next-door and restaurants everywhere. Walking distance from the Colosseum and train station, too. Amy was a gracious hostess, so generous with her time prior to arrival and upon as well. She helped us with restaurant recommendations & reservations. She even arranged airport transportation for us. It was truly a great experience and stay for our family ! We felt right at home !

We loved our stay in Rome. We could walk to so many places and had a great neighborhood for exploring. The grocery store was very convenient. We will only stay here when we come to Rome again.

We absolutely loved this place in Rome!! You cant beat the location and its decorated absolutely beautifully! About a five minute walk to the Colosseum and other ancient sights of Rome. We even walked back from the Vatican after our tour but we like walking. I can't imagine a better equipped or more beautiful apartment. Would love to go back!

5 of us spent a week there in great comfort. Amy the owner was incredibly easy to work with and her hospitality went above and beyond. Ditto all the reviews, and the Monti neighbourhood is great. Daughter Isotta Page is also an educated, knowledgable tour guide www.isottapage.com, the perfect anecdote to the umbrella carrying tour guides all over Rome. Call me shallow but a tempurpedic bed, killer shower, large refrigerator and big screen HDTV is a welcome respite from hectic touring.
